Hi, I’m Tim Begley

My name is Tim Begley. I’m a Practicing Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer based on Mayne Island, BC. I offer fitness and rehabilitation services online and in person — helping people of all ages and ability levels move better, exercise safely, and recover from injury.

I started Positive Shift Academy because I wanted to bring that same expert, personalised guidance to people who couldn’t access it locally — whether they’re in a city, a small town, or on an island like mine.
